President


Has been around the Building Automation System block a few times. Expert on integration, metering, & user interfaces. Very passionate about AFDD/Analytics.

MATT HOLLAR

Software Engineer


Matt has a BS in Computer Science from Univ. of Maryland. Then did a stint in the Navy as an electronics tech on a Nuclear Carrier. He is Tridium Certified, worked for Siemens, and has experience with ALC.

MATT DERMOND

Mechanical / Controls Engineer


Matt earned his Mechanical Engineering degree from Rowan University. Matt enjoys software programming and hardware engineering.

SID STEINHAUER

Applications Engineer


Understand buildings mechanical systems better than anyone – bar none. Damn good programmer as well. Many years of experience in mechanical systems service. One of the original geeks. Tridium AX certified, CEM & CEA.

Andrew Reider

Mechanical Engineer


Andrew holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Rutgers University. He is a BAS programmer and our Python expert.

LARRY BRAUN

Master Electrician


Technical troubleshooter that handles all our hardware installation in the DC region. A bit on the geeky side as well.

JESSE SCHWAKOFF

Energy Engineer


Has a Masters Degree in Engineering with a focus on Energy & Mechanical Systems. He has worked with a research team developing AFDD software. Jesse is young, but smart and motivated.

Jesse can program in Siemens, Delta, and some Johnson Controls

MATT GELNETT

Mechanical / Controls Engineer


Matt holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Temple U.. He is an expert in metering, both hardware and software He is also a seasoned BAS programmer.

SETH MYERS

Technician


Seth was/is an electrician who wanted to get involved with automation and software. He has bridged that gap wonderfully, and has Linux command line, python, and is working with Volttron.

Nigel Herr

UI / UX / CAD Guru


Nigel is experienced in CAD, product design, UX/UI and some software development. He is heading up our UX / UI effort.

BIN BIN FAN

Mechanical Engineer


Bin Bin earned his Masters in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University. He is focused on deploying our user interface for BAS systems.
